About Us

Our Story

TM & VF Lamprey Builders are a locally owned and operated building company, servicing the North West Coast of Tasmania for over 50 years! We pride ourselves on high quality new home builds, our knowledgeable team and a personalised building experience.

Terry and Vicki are the TM & VF of Lamprey Builders. They oversee our operations alongside their son Colin (Construction Manager) and daughter Tammy (Office Manager). Our small team also comprises three full time carpenters, a bricklaying apprentice and a part-time labourer, supported by two part-time employees in the office.

Our extended network includes a variety of local subcontractors and suppliers who work collaboratively with us to provide a cohesive experience for our clients.

We take care of everything the building process entails, from the preliminary paperwork (including in-house custom design services) all the way through to handing over the keys to your brand new home.

You can feel comfortable and confident in the hands of our friendly team. Their expertise and years of experience in this industry allows them to walk you through the entire build, whether it's your first time building or your 100th.
